We completed this multifaceted project at what is now a beautiful property in Grapevine, TX. After completing a total interior makeover on this 1970's built home, our client needed our services to rejuvenate the exterior. We replaced the compositional roof with a custom standing seem metal roof, our clients' color choice of "dark slate" made for a tasteful and very quality look. In addition to obtaining an instant update to the look of your home, a standing seem metal roof offers great long term energy efficiency benefits; which also can come in the form of a discounted rate from your insurance company. In order to further meet our clients' needs of improving their home's curb appeal, we added three dormers to the front elevation and installed lowE vinyl windows. We renovated the chimney from a bland builder grade vinyl siding to a stucco exterior. To compliment the roof, we completed the chimney by adding a matching metal chimney cap. We are proud to have earned our clients' satisfaction, they are very pleased with the finished product and will enjoy their home long after our project completion date.
